The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms overlooking the Gaistal Valley, despite needing refurbishment. The service was good overall, with particularly exceptional staff members. The location, while not in the main town, provides access to Neuschwanstein Schloss and Oberammergau. The dining experience was impressive with a variety of options. Facilities were satisfactory.
